DRIVING SCHOOL – Possible only on minor* traffic violations.
*Minor traffic violations do not require a court appearance.
Driving school is a possible option for those who have not been to driving school in the past 2 years. If interested in driving school, please come to the clerk’s office before court date or appear in court to receive driving school information.
Driving school is not an option for holders of a commercial driver’s license (by Federal D.O.T. Regulations) – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Please DO NOT CALL the Clerk’s Office to extend payment or change court date. The Clerk has no authority to change dates or extend payments. IT IS NOT the practice of the court to extend court dates or deadlines.
